By downloading or purchasing any font from It Wasn’t Me Design, you agree to the terms of this Font License Agreement.
This license applies to all fonts created and sold by It Wasn’t Me Design unless otherwise stated.
1. DEFINITIONS

Font Software: The font files you download (OTF, TTF, or related formats).

User: The individual or company purchasing or using the font.

Commercial Use: Any use intended for profit, promotion, or business purposes.

2. PERSONAL LICENSE
Allowed:

Personal, non-commercial projects
-
School or learning projects
-
Personal social media (non-monetized)
-
Personal prints for private use
Not Allowed:
-
Client work
-
Logos for businesses
-
Commercial products
-
Paid social media or advertising
-
Redistribution or sharing
-
3. COMMERCIAL LICENSE
Allowed:
-
Client work
-
Branding & logos
-
Social media content
-
Websites (static images only)
-
Print & digital materials
-
Editorial use
-
Commercial products (non-resale fonts embedded as outlines)
Not Allowed:
-
Redistributing or reselling the font
-
Including the font in templates, apps, or products for resale

Sharing the font with third parties
-
Uploading the font to public platforms
4. EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE
Allowed:

Everything in the Commercial License
-
Logos for resale
-
Large-scale advertising
-
Use in templates for sale
-
Merchandise & products for resale
-
Corporate or multi-user environments
Not Allowed:
-
Reselling the font as a font
-
Claiming authorship of the font
-
Making the font available for download
5. WEB & APP LICENSE (Optional Add-On)
Required if the font is used in:
-
Websites via @font-face
-
Web apps
-
Mobile apps
-
SaaS platforms
-
Games
This license is not included unless explicitly purchased.
6. RESTRICTIONS (IMPORTANT)
You may NOT:

Share, sublicense, or redistribute the font
-
Sell or give away the font files
-
Modify the font and redistribute it
-
Upload the font to Canva, Figma, Adobe Fonts, or similar platforms
-
Use the font in AI training datasets
-
Claim the font as your own creation
7. MODIFICATIONS
You may modify the font for your own use only (e.g. outlines, spacing, shapes), but modified versions may not be redistributed or sold.
8. COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
All fonts remain the intellectual property of It Wasn’t Me Design.
Purchasing a font grants you a license to use, not ownership of the font software.
9. REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of fonts, all sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges are available once the font has been downloaded.
10. LIABILITY
It Wasn’t Me Design is not liable for:

Technical issues

Compatibility problems
-
Loss of data
-
Improper use of the font
Fonts are provided “as is.”
11. JURISDICTION
This license is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union.
